About us

Rani Mandhar, owner and chief of ‘Rani’s Rasoi’ has been successfully running this small home based business for over 6 years. Originally born and raised in the UK but has been residing in Bragg Creek, AB since 2006. 

As a teenager Rani was always looking over her mothers shoulder as she was cooking mouthwatering and flavorful dishes for the family, eager to learn. Her mother would say just watch and learn as you’ll be doing this for the rest of your life and how right she was! However, just by observing her mother cooking Rani picked up on many different techniques and methods she used.  One of them, the most important ingredient being ‘love’. 

Rani’s goal is to create and provide high-quality food using fresh ingredients for each dish that she cooks with love.
